Listenly is a directory of B2B podcasts and a search service that helps you find the moment in a podcast episode where an expert answers a question. The service is provided free of charge, as it is.
2. Use of the website
You may use Listenly for personal and professional research. You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- scrape the website at a rate that affects its availability;
- use the website for any unlawful purpose.
3. Podcast content and rights
Podcast episodes, audio, titles, images and descriptions belong to their respective owners (podcast publishers, hosts and guests). Listenly does not claim ownership of this content. Audio is played from the original source, and each result links back to the episode. If you are a rights holder and want content removed or changed, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
4. Accuracy of information
Listenly summarises and indexes expert answers automatically and with care, but it does not guarantee that every summary, timestamp or listing is complete, accurate or up to date. Always check the original episode before relying on it.
5. Intellectual property
The Listenly name, logo, design and the software behind the website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the website operator.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Listenly is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the website or from the information it displays.
7. Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites and podcast platforms. Listenly is not responsible for their content or practices.
